Appearance: Colourless, clear, brilliant Nose: A beautifully intense nose, dominated by juniper, enhanced by citrus and floral notes. Palate: Dry and crisp from the outset; the palate opens with peppery spices and coriander, joined by citrus zest with a slight bitterness. The texture, full-bodied and warming, offers good structure, although the alcohol is somewhat noticeable. The finish is long and clean.
