Appearance: Golden amber, brilliant and limpid. Nose: The aromas reveal a generous palette dominated by vanilla and honey, accompanied by dried fruit, fine spices and well-integrated woody notes. Light touches of caramel and cocoa add depth. Palate: The attack is warm and soft, with a marked intensity of caramel, cinnamon, chocolate and clove. The whole maintains a good balance between aromatic richness and power, even if the alcoholic heat is sometimes more present.
