Palate: The smooth attack reveals candied orange and vanilla, before well-integrated oak and nuts take over. The texture is creamy, the alcohol is well-blended and the balance is masterful. The finish is warm and of medium length. Overall impression: An elegant and well-balanced wine, where the sweetness of the candied fruit harmonises with subtle oak on a creamy texture, despite a slightly short finish.
