Verkostungskommentar

Appearance: Pale, brilliant gold Nose: A fresh and expressive nose, with vegetal and herbaceous notes enhanced by citrus and a hint of vanilla. Palate: The attack is smooth and mellow, with vanilla-tinged oak that complements the vegetal notes and a hint of dried fruit. Sweetness and acidity are perfectly balanced, underscored by a slight salinity. The oaky finish offers lovely length. Overall impression: Elegant and straightforward, with a lovely balance between vegetal freshness, vanilla-tinged oak and sweetness, all set against a smooth texture.
