Verkostungskommentar

Appearance: Colourless, crystalline Nose: A delicate and expressive nose, characterised by cereal notes, floral notes and a hint of fermented lactone. Palate: The attack is clean and smooth, with citrus and cereal notes, before giving way to earthy, undergrowth accents enhanced by a hint of umami. The body is light and the palate remains balanced, without any harshness. The finish is rather short. Overall impression: A clean and delicate overall impression, where cereal, floral and citrus notes blend harmoniously, despite a somewhat brief finish.
