Appearance: Colourless, clear, brilliant Nose: The nose combines tropical fruits with fermented notes reminiscent of soya, against a background of cereal. Palate: On the palate, the rich and flavourful attack develops umami notes, a hint of mushroom and earthy spices. The texture remains fairly light, with good balance and well-integrated alcohol. The finish, of medium length, ends on a delicate salinity. Overall impression: An elegant and complex wine, where tropical fruit harmonises with savoury and salty notes, making it very easy to drink.
