The nose reveals lovely aromatic complexity, with notes of sugar cane, vanilla and elegant oak. On the palate, the profile is rich and structured, with a lovely texture and excellent balance. Flavours of vanilla and white pepper unfold against a backdrop of rich oak. The intense acidity underpins the whole, whilst the alcohol is harmoniously integrated. The finish is superb, revealing remarkable length.
