The nose is complex and expressive, with aromas of sweet spices, pepper and fruit, alongside delicious hints of honey and caramel. On the palate, the wine is supple and smooth on the attack, with lovely complexity and a harmonious balance. The caramel and honey notes linger with excellent length, whilst a touch of astringency is evident on the finish. A very elegant wine overall.
