The nose is beautifully complex, blending vanilla, malt and herbaceous notes, with hints of oak. On the palate, the attack is delicate and fresh, with considerable roundness and a lovely balance. The flavours of vanilla and honey lend a delicious richness to this lingering finish. Very easy to drink.
