The nose is complex and expressive, with notes of fruit, vanilla, honey and biscuit. On the palate, the profile is typical, with lovely balance and complexity. The fruit and pepper come through clearly. The alcohol is well integrated and the finish reveals a hint of residual sweetness. A well-rounded wine with good length.
