The nose is frank, pure and expressive, with aromas of smoke, tobacco and liquorice, alongside notes of green pepper and black olives. On the palate, the vegetal attack is elegant. The alcohol is well integrated and the wine as a whole is smooth, balanced and has good length. The finish reveals earthy and peppery notes, in an elegant style.
