A rich nose with aromas of cherry, cinnamon and nutmeg, along with vegetal notes of orange peel and herbaceous undertones. On the palate, it reveals a powerful yet smooth attack, lovely lively acidity and remarkable richness. Notes of liquorice and clove add complexity. The overall impression is very elegant, with a slightly bitter finish.
