A typical, straightforward nose with aromas of aniseed, liquorice and fennel. On the palate, the wine is smooth and round, with intense residual sugar and a lovely balance. Oxidation is noticeable but the wine retains considerable complexity. The finish reveals delicate notes of liquorice. An elegant, classic profile with good length.
