Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, bright straw colour. Nose: The aromas are predominantly fresh and vegetal, with citrus notes and delicate hints of caramel. Palate: The attack is smooth and harmonious, developing vegetal flavours tempered by hints of vanilla and caramel. The texture is pleasantly round despite a slight astringency. The finish is moderately persistent with consistent flavours, although the whole sometimes lacks character and balance. Overall impression: A spirit with a smooth, accessible profile, pleasant on the palate but lacking any real distinctive complexity.
