Appearance: Golden amber, luminous Nose: Subtle and delicate, dominated by vanilla, with yellow fruit and pastry notes. Palate: More expressive than the nose, the palate opens with yellow fruit and vanilla, enhanced by a hint of butter caramel. The texture is round and smooth, supported by structuring tannins and a well-integrated warmth that preserves the balance. The finish, intense and lingering, draws out with a hint of white pepper. Overall impression: A rich and balanced wine, where the sweetness of the vanilla and fruit is underpinned by well-controlled power, despite a relatively simple aromatic profile.
