Tasting notes

Appearance: Intense, crystalline coppery amber. Nose: The aromas reveal a generous palette dominated by ripe orchard fruits, red apples and cherries, accompanied by warm notes of vanilla, honey and sweet spices such as cinnamon. Palate: The palate is enveloping and powerful, developing flavours of malted cereals, cooked fruit and toast, enhanced by hints of chocolate and caramel. The texture reveals a certain roundness despite the sometimes dominant alcoholic presence, which can be slightly discordant. The finish, marked by smoky and spicy notes, has appreciable aromatic persistence, although it can seem somewhat drying. Overall impression: An expressive and generous spirit with multiple facets, offering a satisfying taste experience despite a perfectible alcoholic integration.
