Tasting notes

Appearance: Golden straw colour, limpid. Nose: Aromas of melon dominate with great intensity, accompanied by notes of honey, banana and hints of citrus fruit that add freshness. Palate: The attack reveals a marked sweetness where ripe melon and pineapple are fully expressed, supported by hints of caramel and acacia syrup. The texture is pleasant with a well-structured body, evolving towards notes of dried fruit and apple. The finish retains its fruity flavour and lingers well, although the sweetness remains very present. Overall impression: A liqueur that favours fruity expression and sweetness, technically well realised in its register.
