Tasting notes

Appearance: Amber-coloured, crystal-clear Nose: Coffee dominates, accompanied by notes of caramel and vanilla-scented wood. Palate: The slightly tannic attack gives way to a full-bodied sweetness where coffee blends with exotic fruits and chocolate. The texture is creamy, and the well-integrated oak supports the whole without overpowering it, whilst the alcohol remains well-controlled. The finish, warm and spicy, is of medium length. Overall impression: A smooth and balanced whole, carried by the coffee on a creamy texture, with a slightly pronounced sweetness.
