Appearance: Herbaceous green, crystal-clear Nose: Mint and aromatic herbs dominate, accompanied by notes of green tea. Palate: The smooth, syrupy attack gives way to mentholated and spicy notes, underpinned by a bitterness reminiscent of black tea and herbs. The warmth of the alcohol remains somewhat pronounced and has not quite integrated. The long finish sees the bitterness take the upper hand. Overall impression: A concentrated and complex profile, where minty freshness and sweetness blend with a herbal bitterness, despite a slightly pronounced warmth.
