Appearance: Colourless, clear, brilliant Nose: The nose opens with fresh sugarcane and herbaceous notes, enhanced by a hint of pepper. Palate: The attack is clean and fresh, driven by sugarcane and a hint of minerality, before notes of tropical fruit and spices come through to round it out. The palate, dry and intense, displays lovely power whilst remaining well-balanced. The finish is long, lingering on notes of fresh sugarcane. Overall impression: A fresh and intense overall impression, where the sugarcane dominates a powerful yet balanced palate, prolonged by a lovely length.
