Appearance: Shiny, coppery gold Nose: An expressive nose where tropical fruits, dominated by banana, mingle with wood and sweet spices. Palate: The attack is smooth, driven by molasses and caramel, before citrus notes bring a touch of freshness. The texture is full-bodied and slightly oily, with sustained intensity and a very good balance between sweetness and fruitiness. The finish, of fine quality, lingers on notes of banana. Overall impression: An expressive and complex wine, smooth and well-integrated, where the tropical fruit harmonises beautifully with the molasses.
