Appearance: Brilliant, clear amber Nose: The nose combines pronounced oak with notes of dried fruit and spices. Palate: On the palate, caramel and pepper are underpinned by slightly astringent oak, enhanced by a hint of saltiness. The texture remains somewhat light, supported by well-integrated alcohol. The finish is smooth but rather short. Overall impression: A woody and spicy wine with an expressive nose, whilst the palate is more subtle and slightly astringent.
