Tasting notes

Appearance: Bright copper colour with amber highlights, limpid and brilliant. Nose: A full, harmonious bouquet combining vanilla, toasted oak and blond caramel, supported by notes of dried fruit, candied orange peel and almond. Floral and slightly smoky nuances complete the ensemble, adding depth and elegance. Palate: The attack is supple and enveloping, carried by flavours of caramel, dried tropical fruit and vanilla. The smooth, well-structured texture reveals a fine balance between fruity sweetness, spicy heat and toasty oak. The finish is long, with woody, subtly smoky accents and a hint of toasted almond. Overall impression: An aged agave spirit with a refined profile, combining aromatic complexity, balance and richness of texture, with good persistence and controlled integration of wood.
