The flavour then gains in intensity, with a noticeable alcoholic warmth tempered by the aromatic balance. The finish, clean and lingering, ends on peppery and spicy notes. Overall impression: An expressive and fresh overall impression, where vegetal and floral notes harmonise with a peppery finish, despite a slightly pronounced sweetness and warmth.
