Appearance: Clear, limpid, golden hues. Nose: The aromas reveal notes of citrus and fruit, accompanied by floral scents of jasmine and lilac, on an integrated woody base with hints of vanilla. Palate: The attack has a silky, fat texture, developing flavours of dried fruit, apple and caramel, enhanced by vanilla notes and a hint of pepper. The influence of oak adds a woody structure without dominating the whole. The finish is long and smooth, lingering pleasantly on fruity and woody notes. Overall impression: A spirit with complex aromas and a fine texture, although certain aspects of balance and expression may divide palates.
