Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale, bright yellow. Nose: The aromas reveal a diverse palette of citrus fruits, creamy vanilla, floral notes and hints of pome fruit, accompanied by hints of wood and spice. Palate: The attack is soft with a smooth texture and a rather full palate, where sweetness initially dominates all the flavours. Freshness provides welcome balance, while floral and fruity notes blend harmoniously. The finish reveals sophisticated spices and hints of caramelised wood that linger pleasantly. Overall impression: A well-crafted spirit with no major flaws, offering a balanced profile despite a sometimes overbearing sweetness.
