Appearance: Golden, brilliant Nose: Sugar cane dominates, accompanied by subtle oak and a hint of vanilla. Palate: On the palate, the sugar cane flavour persists, underpinned by noticeable oak and softened by notes of yellow and tropical fruits which bring freshness and balance. The body is medium, with a slight astringency and a somewhat pronounced alcohol presence. The finish, which is quite persistent, carries through the sugar cane and vanilla notes. Overall impression: A crisp and fresh profile, centred on sugar cane and subtle oak, enhanced by fruity notes, despite the alcohol still being a little sharp.
