Appearance: Bright golden amber colour. Nose: The aromas reveal a complex palette combining sweet citrus and vanilla notes with woody nuances, complemented by hints of almond, dried fruit and mint. Palate: The attack reveals intense flavours of citrus fruit and sweet spices, particularly cinnamon, with a velvety texture on the mid-palate. The whole develops notes of nuts, chocolate and fresh herbs, although the balance can sometimes seem uneven. The finish is of medium length, with lingering flavours of fruit and mint, slightly dried by the wood. Overall impression: An aged spirit with a complex, expressive character, despite a few imbalances that detract from the overall harmony.
