Tasting notes

The nose, with hints of honey, caramel and sugar cane, along with notes of cinnamon and vanilla, is refined but somewhat flat. On the palate, the profile is flavourful and elegant, with a supple and smooth attack. The spicy and caramelised character comes through fully, whilst the alcohol is perfectly integrated. The finish reveals a slight bitterness.
