Tasting notes

A subtle nose with aromas of apple, caramel and malt, with a hint of grass. On the palate, the profile is complex and pleasing, with notes of caramel, honey and vanilla. The attack is distinctly astringent, whilst the finish is fresh and lingering. The alcohol is noticeable, but the texture remains elegant and smooth.
