The nose, open and straightforward, reveals a wonderful aromatic complexity, blending notes of earth, spices and herbaceous aromas. On the palate, the attack is smooth and straightforward, with a pronounced vegetal character (agave and herbaceous notes). The spicy notes linger, the alcohol is well integrated and the finish is long. An elegant wine, beautifully balanced.
