A complex and straightforward nose with vegetal aromas of cooked agave and olive, along with salty and lactic notes, and a lovely smoothness. On the palate, the profile is creamy with smoky and spicy hints. The alcohol is well integrated, the length is pleasing and the finish is elegant. A very enjoyable whisky overall.
