A very expressive nose with vegetal aromas of sage and cut grass, along with notes of humus, earth and black pepper. On the palate, the wine is flavourful, straightforward and delicate, with lovely balance and a very pronounced liveliness. The vibrant fruit is accompanied by notes of cooked vegetables and sun-dried tomatoes, leading to a lingering finish.
