Tasting notes

An elegant nose with floral and fruity notes, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is flavourful and rounded, with notes of olive and apple peel. The alcohol is well integrated, there is a lovely freshness, and the balance is spot on. A lovely, lingering finish.
