Tasting notes

A clean nose with hints of malt, pepper and vanilla, along with smoky peat and toasty notes. On the palate, the profile is powerful and complex, with aromas of caramel and honey. The alcohol, whilst noticeable, blends in harmoniously, as does the oak. The finish is smooth and beautifully long-lasting.
