Tasting notes

A very expressive nose with aromas of sweet spices, nutmeg and liquorice, along with herbaceous and menthol notes, as well as lime. It is notably crisp and fresh. On the palate, the attack is elegant and the texture smooth. The sweetness is refined and the alcohol is well integrated. The overall impression is round and harmonious, with a fresh and slightly bitter finish.
