An open and expressive nose, with distinct aromas of yellow apple, fresh and dried grapes, and hints of olive and menthol. On the palate, the wine is supple on the attack, with lovely balance and a lively finish where the fruit and white pepper come to the fore. An elegant wine, underpinned by a vegetal character.
