The nose is complex and expressive, with aromas of sweet spices, pepper and fruit, alongside indulgent hints of honey and caramel. On the palate, the profile is supple and smooth on the attack, with lovely complexity and harmonious balance. The caramel and honey notes linger with excellent length, whilst a touch of astringency is evident on the finish. A very elegant overall impression.
