A complex nose with aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, honey and caramel, with woody notes of oak. On the palate, the profile displays good structure in the mid-palate, intense acidity and a touch of bitterness, as well as lingering flavours of honey and caramel. The balance is excellent, the finish elegant and the length satisfying.
