The nose is beautifully smooth and complex, with aromas of rose, aromatic herbs and absinthe, alongside notes of aniseed and cinnamon. On the palate, the spirit is juicy and elegant, with a generous body and a distinct sweetness. The flavours of cinnamon and herbs linger, whilst the balance between alcohol and sweetness is well-controlled. The finish, fresh and bitter, adds an extra dimension.
