A very expressive nose with aromas of liquorice, star anise, oregano and rosemary, with a hint of coffee. On the palate, the profile reveals excellent structure, perfectly integrated alcohol and a refined bitterness. Notes of gentian, menthol and candied orange can be detected. Freshness dominates the finish and the length is appreciable.
