Palate: The palate remains very fruity, dominated by dark fruits and berries, with a tangy sweetness. The powerful alcohol initially holds back the flavours slightly before allowing the fruit to unfold. The finish, which is quite long, ends on aromatic herbs and a hint of pepper. Overall impression: An aromatic and expressive wine, characterised by intense fruitiness and a fresh, herbaceous quality, despite a somewhat pronounced alcoholic warmth.
