Palate: The attack is smooth, driven by citrus notes where the lime comes through more clearly, before the juniper returns with a hint of sweet spices. The texture, silky and enveloping, is underpinned by a slight bitterness and well-integrated alcohol. The finish is round and smooth, lingering for a long time. Overall impression: A fresh and balanced overall impression, where juniper and citrus harmonise with a silky texture and a long, smooth finish.
