Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, coppery gold. Nose: The aromas reveal a complexity marked by candied fruit, walnuts and hazelnuts, accompanied by notes of caramel, sweet spices and a slight hint of vegetal smoke. Palate: The attack reveals flavours of sweet bread and honey, evolving towards notes of fresh oak, vanilla and subtle spices. The texture is clean and lively, although the alcoholic integration could be improved. The finish, of moderate length, retains the toasty, woody characteristics with satisfactory aromatic persistence. Overall impression: A well-constructed spirit with fine, complex aromas, despite a few flaws in the integration that detract from the overall impression.
