Nose: The bouquet is straightforward and well-balanced, with woody, vanilla notes accompanied by aromas of honey, dried fruit and biscuit, enhanced by hints of smoke and citrus fruit. Palate: The attack is supple and round, revealing a voluminous texture that develops malty, fruity flavours enriched by toasty notes, spices and cinnamon. On the whole, the alcohol remains well under control, showing itself only at the end of the tasting with a hint of vivacity. The finish is remarkably long-lasting, with smoky aromas supported by a freshness of orange peel. Overall impression: This spirit has an elegant, well-balanced profile, with an assertive personality and well-controlled aromatic complexity.
