Appearance: Golden amber, brilliant and limpid. Nose: The aromas reveal a generous palette dominated by vanilla and honey, accompanied by dried fruit, fine spices and well-integrated woody notes. Light touches of caramel and cocoa add depth. Palate: The attack is warm and soft, with a marked intensity of caramel, cinnamon, chocolate and clove. The whole maintains a good balance between aromatic richness and power, even if the alcoholic heat is sometimes more present. The finish is long and harmonious, tending towards spiciness with subtle woody and vegetal nuances. Overall impression: A spirit of character, both rich and well-balanced, offering a beautiful aromatic complexity underpinned by a warm, persistent structure.
