Palate: The attack, supple and velvety, combines a caramelised sweetness with a refreshing vegetal bitterness. Medium-bodied, the palate then unfolds with sweet spices and well-integrated oak. The finish, of medium length, delicately carries the spicy notes through. Overall impression: A balanced and smooth wine, where the sweetness harmonises with the spices and oak on a velvety texture.
