The aromatic complexity develops with notes of caramel, cinnamon and candied pears, supported by a well-integrated woody and tannic presence. The finish is appreciably long, with delicious flavours of caramel and fruit. Overall impression: A rich, complex spirit with a generous aromatic profile, although the balance between nose and palate could be improved.
