Appearance: Light gold Nose: An expressive nose dominated by notes of varnish, followed by flambéed banana and hints of caramel. Palate: The attack, supple and silky, opens onto an intense development where flambéed banana and caramel blend with spicy and herbaceous notes, carried by a lovely freshness. The creamy texture and a slight sweetness temper a somewhat pronounced alcoholic warmth. The finish is long and lingering. Overall impression: An intense and fresh overall impression, with lovely fruity complexity and a silky texture, despite a slightly pronounced note of varnish and noticeable warmth.
