Tasting notes

Appearance: Coppery amber, crystal-clear Nose: The nose combines notes of toasted dried fruit with hints of caramel and molasses, brightened by a fruity touch. Palate: The rich, indulgent attack develops flavours of cocoa and molasses, underpinned by toasty oak and a hint of spice. The palate, powerful and balanced, gains in complexity as the tasting progresses. The finish is long and slightly tannic, leaving a somewhat pronounced alcoholic warmth. Overall impression: A rich and balanced wine, where the indulgent flavours of cocoa and molasses harmonise with toasty oak, despite a slight warmth on the finish.
